Health Fair 2026
We are delighted to announce that the ExWell Medical 2026 Health Fair will return on Friday, the 11th of September 2026 at Punchestown, County Kildare. It is one of the highlights of our year and we are all looking forward to it.
It is a day of celebration, reflection, joy, education and participation.
For those of you who have attended previous Health Fairs, you know how special an event this has become. There is no other event like it in Ireland or indeed in Europe.
The event is built around 6 short educational talks on topics relevant and interesting to ExWell participants. The day also includes a variety of exercise options, music, a participant voice section, and lovely food.
The cost is €20 per person and this includes full access to the educational talks, participation in all the exercise options and a warm meal.

Tickets: €20 per person, including warm meal. Available on the ExWell Medical APP (click on 'store') or at any of your classes.
Transport: We will again organise buses to the event where there is a demand. Please speak with your local staff members for more information.
