Thank You for Making the 2026 ExWell Health Fair Our Biggest Yet!

What an incredible day!

​

The ExWell Medical Health Fair 2026 took place at Punchestown on Friday, 11th September and welcomed a record attendance of more than 1,200 people, making it our biggest Health Fair to date.

​

It was a fantastic day of celebration, education, exercise, music and, most importantly, bringing the ExWell community together. The atmosphere throughout the day was very special and it was wonderful to see so many participants, staff, friends and supporters enjoying the occasion.

A huge thank you to all of our speakers, who gave their time and expertise to deliver such interesting and engaging talks, and to everyone involved in our exercise sessions and activities throughout the day.

We would also like to thank all of the ExWell staff, volunteers, partners and everyone behind the scenes who helped make such a large event possible.

​

Finally, and most importantly, thank you to the 1,200+ ExWell participants who joined us at Punchestown. Your energy, enthusiasm and support are what make the Health Fair such a special event each year.
