The classes are free of charge for a period of at least 3 months and are funded by the Dublin Midlands Hospital Group (HSE). Participants must be referred by a medical professional.

Referrals should be completed on our referral form & sent via Healthlink/healthmail (exwellmedical@healthmail.ie) or to info@exwell.ie.
