ExWell Medical Prebooking for Clontarf Classes.

We are delighted to announce our return!

We are back holding classes at the IWA Clontarf from Monday 22nd March 2021.

The address is Áras Chúchulainn, Blackheath Dr, Clontarf East, Dublin 3.

We have sought recommendations from Sport Ireland, hospital consultants and GPs regarding our reopening guidelines and protocols and we will be taking all necessary steps to keep everyone safe.

One measure we are taking is to have an online booking system for all of our locations. This is to minimise risk by ensuring the number of participants attend, there is no interaction with receptionists and no handling of money.

Please be aware you will not be permitted access to any site without a prior booking - click Book Now in the blue box below.

Please do NOT attend any classes or inductions if you experienced any of the following:

  • You have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days

  • You are waiting for a COVID-19 test or the results

  • You have any of the following symptoms: new, continuous cough; high temperature or fever; or loss of, or change in, sense of smell or taste.

  • If you live with someone who has either tested positive for COVID-19 or had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

We have 3 different types of classes to choose from:

  • Standard Class – this is a moderate intensity class that is suited for most individuals and is a good class to start out with. There will be aerobic, resistance, core and balance exercises. The instructor will give ways to make certain exercises easier or harder depending what is comfortable for you.

  • Gentle Class – this class is mostly chair based and is suitable for individuals who need a lower intensity work out. Aerobic, resistance, core and balance exercises will be given.

  • Advanced Class – this class is only suitable to those who are able for high intensity exercise. Aerobic, resistance, core and balance exercises will be complete.

  • MoveOn - Our cancer specific programme that is a separately referred 12 week course.
