Participants will be encouraged to become fit and active in a friendly, safe and enjoyable manner. Our supervised exercise classes in Sligo are provided at Sligo Regional Sports Complex.

Referrals must come from medical professionals. Referrals should contain participant's contact details including address, phone no. email, next of kin, medication and medical history. A referral form is available on our homepage.
