We are delighted to announce a restart to our classes at DLR - Leisure.

This fantastic partnership will continue and ambitious plans are in place to grow the programme in the near future.

ExWell At DLR Leisure Centre

Access to our programme is by medical referral (from a general practitioner, Hospital Consultant, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist). ​

 

We have a gentle, standard and advanced classes. Please see our class timetable below.
